  • Consignments will be accepted beginning February 13th through Thursday March 12th @ Noon

  • Yard Hours: Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm

  • All Titled vehicles need to have Title in hand and in your name

    (check will be made payable to the name on the Title)

What type of items do you accept?

We accept farm equipment, construction equipment, trailers, tools, shop equipment, vehicles, antiques and select estate items. If you’re unsure whether your item fits, just call or email — we’re happy to take a look..

How do I consign my items?

Start by calling, emailing, or submitting our consignment form. We’ll review your items, explain fees, and walk you through the next steps. Once consigned, we handle cataloging, marketing, and auction setup.

When/ How will items be sold?

We will have a map that explains which row is selling on what days and where we will be starting on the home page. We typically run 2 auction trucks at the same time. Bring a friend to help you bid on multiple rows.

When do sellers get paid?

Sellers will be mailed checks after the auction closes and all payments have been collected, typically within 2 weeks of the auction.

What are the fees??

10% commission with a $30 minimum $35 Title Fee charged to consignor for each Titled Item 5% Buyers Premium

Where can I get my bidder card?

Please come to the hen house February 13th through March 14th (no sundays) to get your bidder number. All you need is your drivers license. It doesn't cost to get a number. Please note there is a 5% buyers premium.

What if I have questions during the auction??

Auction day is very busy. We try to be available by phone and email during auction events and pickup days to help buyers and sellers. If not come to the Hen House.
