Yard Hours: Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm

All Titled vehicles need to have Title in hand and in your name

(check will be made payable to the name on the Title)

What type of items do you accept?

We accept farm equipment, construction equipment, trailers, tools, shop equipment, vehicles, antiques and select estate items. If you’re unsure whether your item fits, just call or email — we’re happy to take a look..

Yard tools Must Run at time of check in : (Mowers ,weed whackers, chainsaws) Tires must be in sets and in like new condition (no older than 5 yrs)

How do I consign my items?

Start by calling, emailing or come down during our yard hours February 20th- March 12th We’ll review your items, explain fees, and walk you through the next steps. Once consigned, we handle cataloging, marketing, and auction setup.

When/ How will items be sold?

We will have a map that explains which row is selling on what days and where we will be starting on the home page. We typically run 2 auction trucks at the same time. Bring a friend to help you bid on multiple rows.

When do sellers get paid?

Sellers will be mailed checks after the auction closes and all payments have been collected, typically within 2 weeks of the auction. If you would like to pick it up instead of us mailing it please let us know.

What are the fees??

10% commission with a $30 minimum $30 Title Fee charged to consignor for each Titled Item 5% Buyers Premium

Where can I get my bidder card?

Please come to the hen house(office on location), February 20th through March 14th (no sundays) to get your bidder number. All you need is your drivers license. It doesn't cost to get a number. Please note there is a 5% buyers premium.

What if I have questions during the auction??

Auction day is very busy. We try to be available by phone and email during auction events and pickup days to help buyers and sellers. If not come to the Hen House.

When do I have to pay by?

All items must be paid for by March 15th and cannot be removed until paid for.

When do my items have to be removed??

We would love ASAP! March 28th will be the last day to pick up items. There will be loadout fees for picking up after this date.

Items we do not accept?

Household items: Appliances, Windows, Furniture Etc Stock pick up beds, Stock bumpers, Tailgates, Bed liners, Camper shells.
